Nicole Padilla is the director of utilization management for Sonora Behavioral Health. Nicole brings 18 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration and a minor in psychology from Delaware Valley College. Nicole has been with Sonora Behavioral Health for more than 15 years.
