Louise Glasser is a dedicated conservation advocate, who with her husband Jim splits her time between Tucson, AZ, and the Chicago area. She served as President of the Women’s Board of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and continues to serve as a Director of the RIC Foundation. She served as Chair of the Lake Forest Library Board and Chair of the Women’s Board of the University of Chicago. She was Co-Chair and founder of the Cultural Collections Committee of the Field Museum as well as a long serving member of its Women’s Board. She serves as a Trustee of the Newberry Library, as a Board member of Know Your Chicago, a continuing education program, a member of the Women’s Board of the Art Institute of Chicago and a former officer of the Lake Forest Garden Club. In Arizona, she serves on the College of Fine Arts Board at the University of Arizona and serves on the Advisory Council of the Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona.
