Aleksandra Lazoroska is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Language Arts Teacher and English Language Development Specialist at Sonoran Schools since July 2020, where classes taught include Pre-AP English 1 and 2, English 11, English 12, and Structured English Immersion for both high school and middle school grades. In addition to teaching, Aleksandra provides guidance to fellow teachers for accommodating English learners. Involved with the AZTESOL Board as the Southeast Arizona Regional Representative since March 2021, Aleksandra previously instructed writing courses at the University of Arizona, supporting over 100 domestic and international students. Prior experience includes curriculum development for English instruction at doXteam and translation services at Lingva Ekspert Translation Agency. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in English Applied Linguistics from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University.
