Defne Civelekoglu

Defne Civelekoglu is an experienced Creative Director at Sonos, Inc. since April 2022, focusing on hardware UX. Prior roles include Acting Head of Product Design at Yohana, where a personal assistant service for busy parents was developed, and Design Director at Casper, leading design on connected products. Civelekoglu has also worked as a Design Consultant at Capital One and held various design leadership positions at gravitytank. In addition to industry experience, Civelekoglu has contributed to education by instructing and co-creating workshops and courses at notable institutions such as Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley. Defne holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
