Deji O.

Deji O. serves as the Director of Sustainability and Corporate Strategy at Sonos, Inc. since October 2017, leading environmental, social, and governance initiatives while shaping business strategies to promote sustainability and social impact. Previous roles include Legal Counsel for Policy & Privacy at Sonos, where Deji provided legal guidance and ensured compliance, and Head of Social Impact, successfully launching the Sonos Foundation and advocacy campaigns. Prior to Sonos, Deji was Senior Global Advocacy Manager at Access Now, focusing on digital rights, and served as a Freedom to Write Fellow at PEN American Center, where Deji founded a program to protect writers in the digital age. Deji holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, a BA from Yale University, and both an MPhil in Justice & Transformation and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Cape Town.
