Erin Bradshaw

Erin Bradshaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR technology and operations, currently serving as Director of People Technology, Operations and Insights at Sonos, Inc. since September 2015. Leading a team of 12, Erin has successfully implemented a low-cost outsourced shared services model, resulting in significant operational cost savings of $2M. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of People Technology, Operations and Data, where Erin spearheaded the digital transformation of HR operations through a global Workday implementation, saving an additional $1M in tool expenses.
