Rebecca Schuster is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Director, Corporate Counsel at Sonos, Inc. since April 2019, responsibilities include managing SEC and Nasdaq reporting, overseeing proxy statements, and participating in M&A transactions. Previously, as Senior Corporate Counsel at Ascend Learning, Rebecca successfully closed nine transactions and provided legal support across various business units. Earlier career roles include Assistant General Counsel at Best Doctors, Inc., Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, and Associate at Palmer & Dodge LLP, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and corporate governance throughout. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Cornell University.
