Zach Pennington

Zach Pennington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and global business services. Currently serving as Senior Director at Sonos, Inc. since December 2018, Zach has held multiple senior roles, including Senior Director of Internal Audit (CAE) and Senior Director of Global Business Services. Prior to Sonos, Zach worked at Deckers Brands from October 2012 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading internal audit initiatives. Earlier career experiences include positions at Crocs, Inc., TeleTech, Tomkins plc, CliftonLarsonAllen, Level 3 Communications, and KPMG, LLP. Zach holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, earned between 2001 and 2006.
