Andrea Biegel

Andrea Biegel has extensive experience in logistics and management, currently serving as Senior Manager Global Order Management at Sonova Group since April 2011. Biegel’s role encompasses dual functions that focus on business analysis and optimization within the supply chain, including requirements specification, documentation, and operational performance monitoring. Previous positions at Sonova include Logistics Processes Manager and Business Systems Manager for the Lyric product line, where responsibilities involved demand forecasting and logistics process optimization. Prior to Sonova, Biegel was the Head of Customer Service at CIBA Vision, managing a team and enhancing customer service strategies. Biegel holds a degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from SWS Schulen für Wirtschaft und Sprachen.
