Bjorn Christ

Bjorn Christ has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as SVP Group Strategy and BD/M&A at Sonova Group since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Group Strategy and BD/M&A at Sonova Group from 2018 to December 2021.

Before joining Sonova Group, Bjorn worked at Danaher Corporation, where they served as President of HemoCue AB from December 2014 to April 2018. Bjorn also held the position of VP, Global Sales at HemoCue AB from November 2013 to November 2014 and was the European Sales Director at Radiometer Medical from January 2012 to October 2013.

Additionally, Bjorn had a role at Coloplast A/S as Senior Vice President, ROW from 2009 to 2011 and worked at GN Store Nord as President of GN Hearing US from July 2007 to December 2008. Bjorn also served as the General Manager of GN Hearing Japan from October 2003 to June 2007 and as VP, Corporate Projects at GN Hearing Corporate from November 2001 to September 2003.

Before their time at Danaher Corporation and GN Store Nord, Bjorn worked at McKinsey & Co. as an Engagement Manager from 1999 to 2001 and held a position at Price Waterhouse as a Principal Consultant from 1995 to 1998.

Bjorn Christ completed their M.Sc. in Economics (Cand. Polit) from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 1987 to 1994. Prior to that, they studied Information Technology at IT-Universitetet i København from 1986 to 1987. Bjorn also attended Lycee St. Sernin, Toulouse from 1985 to 1986, where they completed their High School education with a focus on French.
