Heather Liay McCauley

Heather Liay McCauley has extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation for the Americas at Sonova Group since November 2016, after advancing through various roles including Manager, U.S. Compensation Manager, and Senior Total Rewards Analyst. Prior to Sonova Group, McCauley held positions such as Compensation Project Manager at CDK Global and Senior Compensation Analyst at Outerwall, First Midwest Bank, SIRVA, Inc., and Unilever. McCauley began a career in compensation as a Compensation Analyst at ITW. Educated at Kendall College, McCauley earned a B.A. in Business/Organizational Leadership.
