Martijn Deiters

Martijn Deiters has a diverse work experience spanning many different companies and positions. Martijn started their career at Hilti in 1996, where they held various management roles in finance and sales until 2007. During their time at Hilti, they also served as a National Sales Manager, responsible for managing a team and coordinating key projects. From 2001 to 2004, Deiters worked as the Finance and Human Resource Director at Hilti Czech Republic and Slovakia, leading a team and managing finance and HR responsibilities. In 2007, they joined WMH Tool Group as a General Manager, overseeing international operations and focusing on business operations and sales support. In 2009, Deiters worked at Globus as a Procurement Initiative Manager, responsible for cost savings and synergies. Martijn then joined Sonova Group in 2010, where they held several roles including Finance Manager at Advanced Bionics AG and Head of Finance and Controlling, managing a team and leading financial and controlling activities. Overall, Deiters has extensive experience in finance, management, and sales in various industries.

Martijn Deiters pursued their education starting from 1983 to 1989 at HNL in the Netherlands, where they obtained a Lyceum degree with a field of study in Atheneum. Afterwards, from 1989 to 1995, they attended the University of St.Gallen and achieved a degree in Lic Oec HSG, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
