Raphaelle Flourié

Raphaelle Flourié has extensive work experience in human resources. Raphaelle currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Sonova Group since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Takeda from January 2019 to April 2023 as a Human Resources Business Partner. Before Takeda, they worked at Shire from November 2015 to April 2023 in a similar role. Previously, they worked at Pernod Ricard, where they held the positions of Global Human Resources Business Partner for Pernod Ricard Winemakers from February 2011 to July 2015 and Regional Human Resources Assistant for Pernod Ricard Americas from September 2009 to February 2011. Raphaelle also worked as an HRIS Project Coordinator at Pernod Ricard from October 2007 to June 2009. Their career in human resources began at Danone, where they worked as a Human Resources Training Assistant from February 2007 to August 2007.

Raphaelle Flourié obtained a Master's degree in EcoFi, Political Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources from Sciences Po Bordeaux from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they studied Political Science, Economics, and Human Resources at the University of Potsdam from 2004 to 2005. Raphaelle also holds additional certifications in "Building and Leading Effective Teams" from Columbia Business School and "qc² - quality conversations in action!" from ExecOnline, Inc.
