Renato Zagar

Renato Zagar has over 14 years of experience in IT support and service coordination, currently serving as a Field IT Service Coordinator and Local IT Engineer at Sonova Group since November 2009, where responsibilities include providing support to over 250 stores across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark and managing incoming calls and inquiries through the TOPdesk system. Prior to this role, Renato worked as a Skilled Servicedesk Medewerker at Schoonenberg Hoorcomfort, also supporting the same network of stores. Renato began professional experience with internships at Crayestein Golf and CE Repair, focusing on maintenance and administrative tasks, respectively. Renato holds a diploma in Network Management (Level 4) from Da Vinci College Dordrecht, completed in 2013, and a diploma in Management Support (Level 3), completed in 2011.
