Ridha Pasha

Ridha Pasha currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance at Sonova Gruppe since September 2018, where strategic restructuring and operational leadership for internal audit and compliance are managed across 730 locations and approximately 2,500 employees. Previously, Ridha held the position of Leiter Interne Revision und Compliance at Christ Juweliere und Uhrmacher seit 1863 GmbH from March 2017 to August 2018, focusing on establishing the internal audit department and implementing a Europe-wide compliance management system for 230 stores with over 2,400 personnel. Before that, from October 2010 to February 2017, Ridha was responsible for the development of the internal audit department at casualfood gmbh, leading quality management initiatives across 57 restaurants and shops. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Compliance & Corporate Security from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from IU International University of Applied Sciences, and additional certifications in Healthcare Compliance and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) studies.
