Robin Worch

Robin (Todd) Worch has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. They most recently worked at Sonova Group as the Human Resources Director. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at XPO Logistics, Inc., where they managed a client base of over 700 employees and led cultural improvement initiatives within the organization. Before joining XPO Logistics, Inc., Robin worked at GE Aviation as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, overseeing personnel management and employee relations for a workforce of 400. Robin also has a background in the military, having served in the United States Army as a Major and Human Resources Director. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of HR for units of various sizes, overseeing personnel management, administration, finances, and more.
