Thomas Goebel

Thomas Goebel has extensive experience in business applications and IT management, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Applications at Sonova Group since February 2005. In this role, Thomas has delivered significant EBIT contributions through numerous ERP and structural projects, managed divisional ERP systems, and scaled a team of over 150 across multiple IT hubs. Previous positions include Director SAP CC and Deputy CIO, where responsibilities included managing a large team, implementing IT governance concepts, and achieving compliance. Earlier roles at SAP and PwC involved project management, consulting, and business process reengineering. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
