Violey Xie

Violey Xie is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience in organizational development and human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of HRM China at Sonova Group since March 2013, Violey collaborates closely with the VP/GM China to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a highly engaged and high-performing workforce. Previous roles include HR Director at Sonova China, HR Manager at Alere, Inc., and HRBP at UTC, Pratt & Whitney, where Violey was responsible for implementing HR initiatives that supported business strategies and ensured compliance with local regulations. Violey's career began at OOCL and KLA-Tencor, where fundamental HR competencies were developed, including recruitment, training development, and employee relations. Violey holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Donghua University.
