Zuhal D. has extensive experience in data analytics and digital marketing. Zuhal is currently working as a Senior Digital Analyst Lead at Sonova Group, where they oversee digital data analytics for multiple retail channels across different regions. Zuhal'sresponsibilities include designing events tracking, building a digital database legacy, modeling raw data, and creating dashboards for reporting. Zuhal also collaborates with various stakeholders and trains teams on tools and technologies.

Prior to their current role, Zuhal worked at Yapı Kredi as a Senior Data Analyst in Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics and CX & Digital Channels Experience. Zuhal was responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and communicating findings.

Before joining Yapı Kredi, Zuhal worked at Zebramo Inc. as a Senior Digital Analytics Manager, where they collected and analyzed data, visualized findings, and collaborated with other stakeholders on marketing agendas and KPIs.

Zuhal also has experience in digital marketing and program management from their previous roles at Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein, P.C. and Girls Who Code.

Zuhal started their career at Peabody & Co., a video production company, and NBCUniversal as an Associate Producer and Assistant to the Producer, respectively.

Zuhal's early work experience includes an internship at UNHCR, where they provided support for the Department of Durable Solutions/Refugees and Asylum Seekers and updated the UNHCR website.

Zuhal D. began their education by completing their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Anadolu University in 2004. Zuhal then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communication Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word, which they attained in 2008. In 2009, Zuhal attended New York University for a year to study Global Affairs. Alongside their formal education, they obtained additional certifications such as "Conflict Reporting: The Role of the Media" from Maastricht University in 2003 and "Global Affairs" from New York University in 2008. Moreover, Zuhal has acquired certification in various fields including machine learning from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and data science from Berkeley University. In 2010, they obtained a certificate from the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs.
