Bill Thunell

Bill Thunell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bill started their career as a Tax Intern at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1990 before becoming a Tax Senior at the same company from 1991 to 1994. Following this, they worked as a Tax Manager at Novell/WordPerfect from 1994 to 1995. In 1995, they joined Nu Skin Enterprises as the International Tax Director, holding this position until 2001. Bill then took on the role of Regional Controller, Europe at Nu Skin Enterprises from 2002 to 2004, and later served as the Regional Controller for North & Central America, Europe, and the Middle East from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they became the Executive Vice President & CFO at Sonsio Vehicle Protection. From 2012 to 2018, they were a part of the Audit Committee at Auto Care Association. Bill then joined Dealer Tire in 2019 as the CFO - China, a position they held until 2020.

Bill Thunell earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University from 1987 to 1991. Bill also obtained a Master of Accountancy degree with a specialization in Accounting/Taxation during the same period. Bill Thunell has additional certifications including being a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Utah, a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) by the Association for Financial Professionals, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) by the AICPA.
