Alexandra Waltz, PMP, serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Strategy & Employee Experience at Sony Electronics, leading initiatives to enhance workplace engagement and support employee development. With extensive experience in human resources, Alexandra has held various roles including HR Program Manager and Project Manager, focusing on employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as talent acquisition and management. Prior to rejoining Sony in 2013, Alexandra held positions at Merck KGaA and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where organizational support, event management, and executive assistance were key responsibilities.
