Ludovic Copéré

Ludovic Copéré has extensive experience as an investor in various companies. Ludovic has been a Senior Investment Director at Sony Innovation Fund since 2016, where they are responsible for startup scouting, due diligence, venture investment execution, and portfolio management in multiple areas such as Mobility, FinTech, InsurTech, and PropTech. Ludovic has led investments in companies like Arkose Labs, Truepic, Covr, Superpedestrian, Token, Cruz Foam, and many others. In addition to their role at Sony Innovation Fund, Ludovic is also an investor in companies like Waffle Insurance, Superpedestrian, Cruz Foam, Truepic, Sentera, Botrista Technology, Plunk, Covr Financial Technologies, and Token.

Ludovic Copéré holds a Master's Degree in Information and Communication Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Ludovic also holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Centrale Lille, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they have received certifications in various fields, including Intellectual Property and language proficiency. Ludovic obtained a certification in Strategic Licensing: Advanced Skills & Tools from LES (Licensing Executives Society) in 2014 and a certification in IP Licensing from IEEPI - Institut Européen Entreprise et Propriété Intellectuelle in 2011. Furthermore, Ludovic Copéré has completed their high school education in the Scientific Section at Lycée Jean Puy from 1996 to 1999 and pursued Mathematics in the Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles program at Lycée Claude Fauriel from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from The Japan Foundation for passing the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) in 2007 and from the University of Cambridge for the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English in 2001.
