Alan Young

Alan Young is an experienced engineering and program management professional with a comprehensive background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Sony Interactive Entertainment since January 2017, Alan has held multiple progressively responsible roles including Staff Technical Program Manager and Senior Technical Program Manager. Prior to this, Alan spent a decade at BAE Systems as Software IPT Lead, overseeing software development teams for significant projects and managing program budgets with a strong focus on engineering change proposals. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from UCLA, which was completed in 2000.
