Eric Blumenfeld

Eric Blumenfeld has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and administration. Eric started their career as an IT intern at Helm Financial Corporation, where they resolved hardware and software issues for on-site and remote staff. Eric then worked as a desktop support technician for the Housing Division at San Francisco State University, providing support for over 150 staff members and 3000 end users. After that, they joined Moraga School District as a desktop system administrator, managing the helpdesk system and providing support for multiple schools. Eric then worked as a contractor at Robert Half Technology, specializing in Windows 7 and new hardware deployment projects. Following this, they joined Blue Rock Networks as a support engineer, providing IT support and management for capital firms, venture capitals, and hedge funds. Their responsibilities included handling support requests, managing projects, and providing specialized support to executives. Most recently, Eric worked at Sony Interactive Entertainment as an IT Support Administrator, supporting the Engineering and Leadership teams and providing assistance during the launch of the PlayStation 5.

Eric Blumenfeld attended San Francisco State University from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
