Jessica R. is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and graphic design, currently serving as Lead QA Tester at PlayStation Studios QA since May 2020. Previously, Jessica worked as a Game Test Analyst for Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, where responsibilities included assessing product functionality and providing update reports. Jessica also has experience as a Mailroom Clerk at Sony Interactive Entertainment, distributing mail and assisting with shipments. In addition to quality assurance, Jessica has a strong background in graphic design, having collaborated with clients as a Freelance Designer and worked as a Production Artist with Aquent. Jessica began a career in graphic design as an intern at Media Arts Center San Diego and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of California - San Diego.
