Mirweis S. is a highly experienced professional in user experience research, currently serving as Senior Director of Platform Experience Research & Insights at Sony Interactive Entertainment since March 2010. With a strong background in directing and leading UX research teams, Mirweis has contributed to the strategic implementation of UX initiatives and conducted extensive usability testing on award-winning titles. Prior to this role, Mirweis co-founded a UX agency, performed consulting work to enhance user experiences, and engaged in academic research focusing on human-computer interaction and cognitive sciences. Mirweis holds a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, along with advanced degrees in Human-Computer Interaction and Cognitive Science from the University of Geneva.
