Mohana Dharmadhikari

Mohana Dharmadhikari has a strong background in program and project management, with a focus on technical programs. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at eClinicalWorks before joining Microsoft Corporation in 2007 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2011, they transitioned to Recommind (now OpenText) and held roles as a Technical Support Manager and later as a Senior Manager, Services and Support. They were responsible for managing teams and optimizing processes to achieve successful client engagements. In 2017, they joined PlayStation as a Project Manager, PMO, where they led a migration project for the ERP system. They then moved to OneLogin in 2019 as a Director, Program Management (Product Ops), overseeing product operations. Currently, Mohana Dharmadhikari holds the position of Sr. Technical Program Manager at Sony Interactive Entertainment, starting in 2022.

Mohana Dharmadhikari attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
