Monica Schwartz

Monica Schwartz has extensive work experience in payment operations and analysis. Monica currently holds the position of Senior Payments Operation Analyst at Sony Interactive Entertainment, a role they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe, starting as an Account Manager Assistant in February 2009 before transitioning to a Customer Services Specialist in September 2009. In May 2015, they became a Payment Analyst, responsible for payment reconciliation, fraud management, dispute resolution, and reporting. Before their time at Sony, Monica worked as a Market Research Analyst at Allegra Strategies in 2008, conducting research and analysis for a marketing report. From 2003 to 2008, they were a Senior Economist at SC Finance SRL, managing a team of junior economists and handling books-keeping and financial calculations for multiple companies.

Monica Schwartz obtained their degree in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Constanta "Spiru Haret" between 1998 and 2002. In 2008, they attended the International Association of Book-keepers, Pitman Training, where they studied Accountancy with a focus on Sage Line 50.
