Steve Di Cola has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steve currently holds the position of Manager, Network Planning at Sony Interactive Entertainment since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ventia Pty Ltd where they held multiple roles, including Manager, Solutions & Commercialisation from March 2020 to December 2021 and Engineering Manager from November 2012 to March 2020.

Before joining Ventia Pty Ltd, Steve worked at Variance Consulting as a Principal Consultant for a brief period in 2012. Steve also served as the Transition Manager & Dep. Head Capability Development at stratsec from January 2011 to July 2012, where they focused on introducing new cyber security service delivery lines and overseeing strategy planning and corporate integration.

In the earlier stages of their career, Steve held various managerial positions at BAE Systems Australia, including Manager Cyber Support Unit in 2010 and Manager Information Security Products & Services from 2005 to 2009. Steve played a key role in developing and executing corporate strategies to enter the Australian cyber security market and delivered security product and service solutions into National Security and Defence markets.

Steve's early career included roles at Tenix Defence Electronic Systems Division as a Bid Manager from 2004 to 2004 and as a Pre Sales Engineer from 2002 to 2003. Steve also co-founded Foursticks, where they served as a Product Manager, supporting company start-up and product development, and worked as an Electronic Engineer at Vision Abell, focusing on technology commercialization and electronic and embedded engineering.

Steve Di Cola completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Honours) from the University of Adelaide from 1992 to 1995. Steve then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the same university from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained the Certified Practicing Project Director (CPPD) certification from AIPM.
