Ambra Mundula

Ambra Mundula is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Sony Music Entertainment, overseeing recruitment across Asia and the Middle East since September 2021. Prior roles include Regional Recruitment Manager at the British Council, focusing on high-quality recruitment practices and data analysis from May 2018 to August 2021, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kantar, where Ambra managed end-to-end recruitment for various operating brands across the APAC region. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at JAC Recruitment and the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, where Ambra developed international business relations and managed operations in multiple regions. Ambra holds a Master's degree in Asian Languages and Cultures, specializing in Chinese, from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, alongside a degree in Music Theory and Solfeggio from Conservatorio di Padova.
