Andrew Gibbs

Andrew Gibbs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent representation, sponsorship management, and business development within the sports and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Head of ANZ for Ceremony of Roses at Sony Music Entertainment, Andrew has significantly contributed to the growth of Sony's startup sports representation division since 2018, achieving over 100% revenue growth during FY 19/20 through strategic planning. Previous roles include Head of Talent at Sports & Entertainment Ltd, where Andrew represented prominent athletes and managed a talented partnerships team, and National Sponsorship Manager at Supercars, where Andrew led sponsorship investments exceeding $20 million and implemented successful commercial strategies. Andrew holds a Master of Business Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The University of Queensland.
