Kara Schultz

Kara Schultz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as A&R Administration & Operations Manager at Sony Music Entertainment since March 2010. In this role, Kara oversees A&R operations for several joint venture labels and manages artists' recording funds, expenses, and payments. Previously, Kara held various positions at Legacy Recordings, including Production/Release Planning Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project management for audio and video repertoire, digital releases, and collaboration across multiple departments. Additional experience includes freelance work as a host, producer, and voice-over artist, as well as marketing and promotions roles at Clear Channel Radio. Kara Schultz holds a B.A. in Media & Film from Kean University and a Journalism Certification from New York University.
