Paola Gandini

Paola Gandini has extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as the Assistant to the President & CEO at Sony Music Entertainment since May 2010, while also providing support to the Marketing and Promotion Departments for International Frontline. Prior to this role, Paola worked at SONY BMG/BMG Ricordi SPA from 1994 to 2010 as the Assistant to the General Manager of the Record Label, focusing on marketing and promotion support. Paola's career began at Dischi Ricordi SPA as the Assistant to the Director and later included a role as an Interpreter and Translator for the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy in 1992. Educational background includes a Diploma Universitario in English and French languages from S.S.I.T. and a Maturità Diploma in language studies. Additional training includes ongoing language education with Connor Language Services and courses at Wall Street English.
