Stefan Karrer

Stefan Karrer serves as Vice President at Sony Music Masterworks since August 2019, following the acquisition of Milan Entertainment Inc. Karrer's extensive experience includes co-founding Alba Blue Music Services, LLC, a comprehensive film music company, in January 2017. Prior to that, Karrer held various leadership roles at Milan Entertainment from 2006 to 2019, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Acquisition & Distribution, where significant revenue growth was achieved in challenging markets. Early career positions include roles in production and operations at companies such as McClain Finlon Advertising, DIRECTV, Media 8 Entertainment, and Magnetic Film. Karrer earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Entertainment from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California.
