Wade Leak has extensive legal and compliance experience, currently serving as Executive Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Compliance, Ethics and Privacy Officer at Sony Music Entertainment since 1999. Prior to this role, Wade held positions as an Associate at Bodian & Eames from 1994 to 1999 and at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 1990 to 1994. Wade began their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to Justice Christine M. Durham at the Utah Supreme Court from 1989 to 1990. Wade obtained a law degree from Columbia Law School and holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Brigham Young University.
