Wayne Wilson

Wayne Wilson has extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Analysis and Senior Director of Royalty Operations at Entertainment Services LLC, a division of Sony Music Entertainment, since May 2005. In this role, Wayne oversees all aspects of royalty processing for current roster artists across multiple labels and manages a team of 23 individuals. Prior to this, Wayne held leadership positions at Zomba Recording Corporation as Director of Royalties and at BMG Music Publishing and BMG Music, also as Director of Royalties and Royalty Manager, respectively. Wayne's career in royalties commenced at Universal Music Group, where a Royalty Manager role was held from 1986 until 1996. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has further education from Baruch College.
