Carlos Costa

Carlos Costa has over 20 years of experience in IT operations, currently serving as the IT Operations Manager for Latin America at Sony Pictures Entertainment since May 2000. In this role, Carlos manages servers, network infrastructure, service desk, information security, and telecommunications for Brazil and Argentina offices. Significant projects include the implementation of Office 365 and Windows 10 migrations across Latin America, infrastructure development for multiple new offices, and the management of high-profile events such as the World Cup. Prior to this, Carlos worked as a Support Analyst at Netbras Informática. Carlos holds an MBA in Strategic Management of Information Technology from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Network Projects from the University of São Paulo, and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
