Haley Schwalbe

Haley Schwalbe has extensive experience in security, safety, and sustainability, currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations (Chief Of Staff) at Sony Pictures Entertainment since December 2019. Prior roles at Sony include Deputy Chief Of Staff and Manager of Security Services. Previously, Haley Schwalbe held supervisory and coordinator positions in security at Fox Corporation and Fox (Film, TV and Sports). In addition, Haley's leadership experience extends to the Sigma Alpha Iota Orange County Alumnae Chapter, where positions included Vice President of Membership and President. Early career roles encompassed artistic and technical roles with Mysterium Theater and Pacific Symphony. Haley Schwalbe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from California State University, Fullerton, from 2006 to 2011.
