Ian Rushforth

Ian Rushforth is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Vice President of Global IT Production Services at Sony Pictures Entertainment since April 2015. Ian has held various senior positions within the company, including IT Executive Director Global Production Technology Services and Executive Director Motion Pictures & TV Production - EMEA IT. Prior to this role, experience included a Global IT Project Manager position at Merlin Entertainments plc and multiple roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment, NBC Universal, idr-media, Fifty Fifty Post Production Ltd, and Delinquent Films Ltd. Educational background includes a Foundation Degree in Broadcast Post Production from Ravensbourne University London and A Levels from South Craven School.
