Stacy Green is the EVP, Chief People Officer at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Stacy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has been with Sony Pictures Entertainment for 5 years.

Green started their career in 1997 as the VP of HR at Revlon. Stacy then moved to NBCUniversal in 2008 and was there for 5 years before joining A+E Networks in 2013. Green was with A+E Networks for 4 years before moving to their current position at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

During their time at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Green has helped to modernize employee benefits and compensation plans, revolutionized performance management and L&D, on-boarded new intl ventures and fostered a culture of transparency, creativity and performance. Passion for diversity & inclusion resulted in the 2016 Walter Kaitz Diversity Champion Award for media companies who act as catalysts for diversity.

Stacy Green has a MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Stacy is certified in Bar Admissions from New York, New Jersey, Florida, Maryland, and Washington D.C.

Stacy Green reports to Anthony Vinciquerra, Chairman & CEO. They work with Erik Moreno - EVP, Corporate Development and M&A, Robert Lawson - EVP, Chief Communications Officer, and Philip Rowley - Senior EVP, Chief Financial Officer.
