Yasmin Dunn

Yasmin Dunn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Head of Corporate Programming at Sony Pictures Entertainment since June 2025, Yasmin previously held the position of Vice President of Diversity at Paramount from August 2022 to January 2025. Prior roles include Director of Education and Outreach at the Hollywood Commission, VFX Producer/Partner at Robot Rumpus, and Independent Consultant. In education, Yasmin has served as Assistant Principal at St. Bernard High School, Seminar Instructor at Alliant International University, and Instructional Coach at Catapult Learning, alongside a foundational role as English Language Arts Curriculum Specialist/English Teacher at ICEF Public Schools. Yasmin began their career as Assistant to the Executive Producer at Entity FX. Yasmin holds a Bachelor's degree in English and French from Loyola Marymount University.
