Megha Das is an experienced professional in HR and marketing, currently serving as Manager of Employer Branding, Internal Communications, and Leadership Engagement at Sony Pictures Networks India since September 2023. Previously, Megha worked as a Specialist in Social Media and Employee Communications at Tata Consultancy Services from June to September 2023, focusing on nudge-based communication and user-generated content. Megha's extensive tenure at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2015 to March 2023 included roles such as Marketing Head for the Lifesciences Business Transformation Group, HR Specialist in Talent Analytics and Leadership Assessments, and Corporate Talent Development branding and communication.
