Currently serving as VP of Platform Engineering at Sony Pictures Networks India since September 2024, Vaibhav previously held the position of VP of Engineering at MX Player from January 2018 to September 2024, where strategic initiatives led to significant growth of the OTT platform, achieving over 300 million monthly active users. Earlier roles included Assistant Vice President-DevOps & DataOps and Director of DevOps at MX Player, where responsibilities encompassed building foundational infrastructure and championing DevOps initiatives. Vaibhav's career also includes engineering management positions at Housing.com and Syncapse, along with a technical foundation in Linux system engineering and training. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Bikaner Engineering College.
