Antonio Ysern

Antonio Ysern currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Sony since November 2022, following a long tenure with the company that began in March 2011, where roles included Talent and Organization Development Director and Director of HR for Latin America. Prior to this, Antonio was the President and Principal Consultant at A. Ysern & Associates, LLC, focusing on business coaching and management consulting. Antonio’s extensive career also includes leadership positions at Diageo and Motorola, where contributions spanned learning and development, human resources, and operations. Educational qualifications include credits towards a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University, a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
