Catherine Jin

Catherine Jin, GPHR, CCP, currently serves as Vice President of HR & ESG and Vice President of Human Resources for Sony in China, a position held since February 2017. Prior to joining Sony, Catherine was the Asia Pacific HR Vice President at Checkpoint Systems from 2008 to January 2017, where significant achievements included leading HR teams across 13 countries and overseeing integration projects during mergers and acquisitions. Catherine's earlier experience includes serving as Asia Pacific Senior HR Director and China HR Director at Checkpoint Systems, as well as HR Manager for WAVE China at Armstrong World Industries. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and participation in the Executive Global Leadership Program at Sony University.
