Drew Schaefer

Drew Schaefer is currently the Director of Tax Planning at Sony, a position held since 2023. Previously, Drew worked as a Tax Associate and participated in the Student Honors Program at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2018, and held summer associate roles at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in the same year. Additionally, Drew co-founded Blockchain at Berkeley Law, contributing to its establishment from 2017 to 2019. Prior to these roles, Drew served as a Consultant for Pacific Financial Services Limited from 2011 to 2016.
