Hiroaki Kitano

Hiroaki Kitano is a Professor at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate School and a Chief Technology Fellow at Sony Group Corporation. They held the position of Researcher at Caltech from 1998 to 2003 and served as Director at Sony Computer Science Laboratories, Inc. from 1993 to 2012. Currently, they are the Sir Louis Matheson Distinguished Professor at the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute and Group Director of the Disease Systems Modeling Group at RIKEN. Hiroaki is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Kyoto University and earned a B.A. in Physics from International Christian University.
