Jonathan Howes

Jonathan Howes is currently the Head of Solution Consulting for the Global HR Platform at Sony, where they drive the implementation and adoption of HR digital technology across the company. Previously, Jonathan served in various leadership roles at Sony, including Head of HRIS Product Management and Head of Business Relationship Management & Global HRIS Architecture, focusing on global HR transformation and system architecture. With experience spanning diverse organizations such as Fujitsu and Neogent, Jonathan has a strong background in software development and strategic planning. Jonathan holds a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles.
