Michael Beardsley is an experienced procurement and sourcing professional with a robust background in strategic sourcing and vendor management. Currently serving as Head of Sourcing at Sony since March 2022, Michael previously held several leadership roles at ViacomCBS and Viacom, including VP, Head of International Sourcing & Procurement and VP, Head of Strategic Sourcing. Michael's career also includes positions at Colgate Palmolive as Senior Manager - Indirect Procurement, NBC Universal as Strategic Sourcing Manager, and McKinsey & Company focusing on Strategic Vendor Management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Technology Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and a B.B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Pace University.
