Scott Davis

Scott Davis is an accomplished corporate development professional currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Sony since December 2014, where responsibilities include advising on investment, M&A, and partnership activities across the Sony Group. Prior to this, Scott held various roles at CareFusion, including Senior Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions, focusing on corporate acquisition strategies for a global medical device company. Scott's experience also includes a tenure at Sony Electronics as Senior Manager of Corporate Development, where strategic M&A and business development efforts were emphasized. Earlier career phases included M&A advisory at CIT and Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, along with military service as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
